I had an appointment at 8am to get my blinker lights checked (both of them) and check on my blue tooth. Finally went out to the desks 3 hours later to see what was taking so long. They said the socket was burned up. Ok cool, is that for both of them? They replied “oh both of them aren’t working” 🤦🏼♀️. They took it back again, never followed up and told me if it was the same problem on the other side. They sold me a void extended warranty. I bought a car from them June 2017 and 4 months later the engine went out with no prior warning. All of a sudden their customer service declined. After over a month of paying for rental cars out of pocket they gave me a bogus diagnosis because they don't know much about boxer engines and they handed me a parts invoice for everything under the hood. I had just purchased my vehicle from them... Service Department inspected my brakes after i brought it in for making noise. They told me it was brake dust build up. Literally the next day it started making noise again and I took my vehicle to an independent mechanic. I took my Dodge Dart in for service, dealt with service rep by name of Roger. The guy is very unprofessional, I explained time and time again the issue with my car and how to recreate so they can pinpoint the problem. They kep my cat all day, never called to follow up with me and when I would call to check on my car was told to wsit for a call back from Roger. I was never called back.
