Terrible. Had my Oil changed here on my dodge Durango. PCS to Hawaii and go to get my oil change because it was due for another one. Turns out the dealership can't get the plug off because Dick Poe Dodge screwed it too tight. Only way to get a change is pay for a new oil pan which cost $125. Called dick poe dodge service to see if they would pay for that pan since they put the grip of life on it and seevice manager says it should come off and basically won't help me. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband took my truck in this morning to see why it was vibrating so much and Leonard Q. was extremely unprofessional and rude. After a printout was given to my husband, he asked Leonard what exactly was wrong with the truck. Leonard responded by cutting him off with "It's on that sheet". There's more to the poor experience but I'll go more on detail on the corporate website. The 2015 truck that we paid over 45 thousand dollars for already needs a $750 repair? Bought a 2013 Dodge Ram on Friday and had 3 things that needed attention: 1 needed a spare key, which they are working on now 2 back seat had a tear in it, which they are ordering a New seat for the truck 3 mentioned that the tires looked worn and that I didn't want to spend 1000 in a year replacing them, what did they say, they look worn evenly, WTH kinda response is that. Everything they have for a Cummins diesel is way overpriced you can go to Rocky Mountain Cummins and get the same exact part half priced I needed a cooling fan bracket that was almost 800 at dodge and got it for 350 at Cummins same part number I can see profiting a little bit but this is ridiculous
