Terrible sales staff. Rude. Not willing to negotiate. Prices are exceeding msrp.
Worst place ever to buy a car at. Made a mistake and bought a second car here at the Airway location. We were so dissapointed at the service department, I asked for the email address to "Dick" himself, Airways refused to give it to me, would not give me phone number either. Shame, when younger and could not afford better, the Alameda car dealers treated me with more respect, more honesty than the Dick Poe dealership on Airways..I truly hope Dick Poe reads and he contacts me..for now, my next car which is going to be a truck,... read more
