I was very impressed with the staff from all departments as to how friendly and helpful. My car was serviced in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price. The renovations are a great improvement.
Bad experience trying to purchase a vehicle here. Tonya keep giving us the run around and it took a while to get back in touch with her and the dealership for my down payment back. When we take our van to get serviced, staff members always say they will call when it's done and they never do. This happens every time it's due for service for the past 3 years. Not only that, vehicle is dropped of by 7 am and it takes staff more than 8 hrs to do oil change. Why? When my vehicle is the 1st one to be dropped off. I think staff needs to work more on customer service, quality service and timeliness.
Had the best service here john the writer and david the tech took amazing care of me and my car took care of the situation and had it back up and running in no time so friendly and great work from them. I had to wait for my car and the wait was quick and comfortable. Very nice staff in general.
The sale people were alright We bought two trucks from there, which I'm beginning to believe it was a mistake!! Our Ford didn't come with Mars for the floor nor an extra key. The salesman kept saying he would get them LIE!! Going on a year and still waiting. Then our New Dodge Ram junk or better yet a dam lemon! Our airbags keep deploying by them selves. Excellent Customer Servics, we took our Dodge Caravan for a first oil change and my van was out in no time. Dodge mechanics also made sure everything else was working probably, thats what I liked. They took pride in what they do and making sure that there customers are happy and sastified. Thanks guys! Keep it up!
