Very friendly people there. I was able to negotiate prices. Overall very positive experience. If you go in to the Vancouver, WA dealership talk with salesman Chad Mohl he's a great guy. I walked in and told him what I wanted and he basically brought me to that exact car.

Purchased a 2018 Outback from Dick Hannah Subaru for my wife and the was a truly outstanding experience. The staff was fantastic and provided us with several options without any pressure. They spent a food deal of time with my wife to make sure she understood the vehicle features, which there are many! We stopped in on Saturday afternoon and ended up leasing a Crosstrek which we picked up Sunday morning. Adam and Kenny were great to work with, and I’d work with them again. Beware of one guy, though. The pit boss, aka the closer, the sales manager, etc. I won’t out him here by name. We all know about the dance of payments, but seriously.
