I had several unpleasant experiences at other Subaru dealerships in the area and ended up at Dick Hannah. I was very happy with the service we got. Patricio was AWESOME and even bought us lunch while we were waiting for our paperwork to be completed. I was very happy with the finance department as well. All in all it was a great experience!

I had been wanting a Subaru for a while now but just did not know which one. Adam Sloan walked me through all of the models and different options I wanted. I purchased my Subaru taking advantage of the AARP dealer discount. My Direct Salesperson's name was Bassam Aamoudi. I was treated with respect and kindness. Most of our communication was via the internet, because I live in a different city. In every step of the way, Bassam delivered on all he said he would do. I would definitely buy another car from him and the dealership when that need arises.
