We just bought a 2019 Subaru Ascent from Dick Hannah in Vancouver. I'm normally very apprehensive about going into a dealership. However, the manger there Curtis, worked with us and our sales rep to get a price on the new vehicle and our trade in we could accept. Adam Sloan was our sales rep. Honestly it felt like he was working for us instead of the dealership. I would definitely go back or recommend doing business with this dealership and Adam specifically.
I recently bought a 2018 Crosstrek (love it)! But what I wanted to mostly talk about is the wonderful customer service from Antonio! Not only did he educate me on two different models and the various packages of each model, but he also has a very calm/no pressure demeanor.
