I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. I meet Adam Sloan three months ago when I came in and test drove the Crosstrek, a CRV, and HRV. I wasn’t ready to purchase at the time so two months later he followed up with me. For the last month he was answering my questions on a daily basis. RecommendedThey were great about showing me exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something more expensive. Even to me to another ( brand) lot, and let me test drive. I ended up with a Subaru Crosstrek because the worked out a payment I could handle. l would definitely recommend this dealership. Ask for Peter, he was great!
I set up a "VIP" appointment with the internet team for 5:30 to view a car. I get there early and they cant locate the vehicle I was scheduled to see, and I find out, after asking the General Manager, that the salesperson I set up the appt with (whom I bought my last car from and had a great experience, ironically) was off that day. Then they tell me the car in question was down the road at Allen Webb getting a recall fixed. They mean it when they say "Believe in Nice" Sue, Phil and Jeff who all assisted me in purchasing my Impreza were wonderful - fun, informative, respectful.

I had a great experience at Dick Hannah Subaru. Not just Huyen (who was great) but all the through the financing process with Jeff. Buying a car is not high on my list of fun things to do but they worked quickly, efficiently and still met my needs in a car. I would definitely recommend them!
