Have to give a shout out to Subaru and Dick Hannah in Vancouver. Being married to a mechanic has many benefits. Except when your car only does something when I am in it. Well long story short my car for about the last 8 month has been dying randomly when I step on the brake! I had such an amazing experience! Absolutely amazing customer service is their standard and they certainly deliver! Buying a new car can be overwhelming but this team made it comfortable and easy. They are interested but even more importantly, they are excited to help me with any questions or concerns. I never hesitate to call them even two months later! Rod is and was incredibly helpful.
