I bought a Subaru back in 2016, I have 27,500 miles on it and on Monday both tires on the right side of my car blew out at the same time! Thank goodness my 1 year old was not in the car with me when it happened! We got it towed to Dick Hannah Subaru and they said this happened due to curbing my car too much. I can say that I have hit 1 curb since purchasing the car with my front right tire but that does not explain why both tires blew out on the right side at the same time! I visited Dick Hannah Subaru to check out a vehicle that caught my interest online. I was not looking forward to the visit because I had poor experiences with a different Dick Hannah dealership previously. This time, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Our salesperson, Tai, was very polite and accommodating. He worked with us to find a vehicle that would meet our needs.
