First visit five star the creams helped massively and keen to enroll on injections Follow up visit 9am I arrived at clinic 8.50 Gp surgery had no notes on desk I waited over 25 minutes No email or text Had a missed call after ten If no one in or traffic problems call ahead to help everyone wasted effort
