RecommendedWe purchased a new Coleman travel trailer in Nov 18. Had a very good experience with this at Camping World. Service has been great the couple of times we have been there. I would recommend Camping World to anyone.

RecommendedKenny was great, called us when they got something in that fit our requirements. Gave us plenty of time to look at different campers while he stepped outside, letting us talk among ourselves. Answered any questions we had. If he didn’t know the answer quickly found answer.

Only good until you sign on the dotted line. Don’t expect much from their service sept or help after you buy the camper. If you find a good used one there by all means get it but be aware after that your on your own.

RecommendedWe had an Excellent experience with the Colfax location Service Department of Camping World. We had a terrible experience at another location, so this was a very welcome surprise! Emily was super helpful, as was the Service Director, Rick Rhodes. Both Emily and Rick went above and beyond to help our multiple service problems. We appreciate it so much!
RecommendedI bought a 2020 Thor Magnitude BB35 from this location of Camping World. I took the RV in for some warranty repair in early September. After a very slow start the Service Manager John Springmayer stepped in and delivered the RV in the time promises with everything done very professional. Hopefully under his leadership the whole department will turn around and be more costumer oriented.

We drove 3 and a half hours to look at the units for sale at this location of Camping World. We were there on a Sunday during a special event they were having. We signed a purchase agreement on a 6 year old unit, gave them full asking price, left a deposit, and set up a date for pick up. We had a great sales person in Jennifer but after we left we never heard from her again. I’m also rather confused by the fact that she left a 5 star review on google for them when she’s a sal...
