We want to thank Bob Allen and rest of the staff for making this entire process so easy. Deciding which 5th wheel we wanted was the hardest part! Bob was very patient and understanding. There was absolutely no pressure and we could not be happier the purchase of our new Montana High Country 381th.
I called on a used 2013 5th wheels camper. All of the sales people were busy so I talked to Mark, the owner. Being over 2 hours away, I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to waste my time driving all the way up for nothing. We worked out numbers over the phone and the next weekend took a ride up. I just had one of the worst service experiences of my 53 years. The woman who "greeted" me when I came to pick up my camper from service (a pickup I had scheduled the day before) was breathtakingly rude. Up until this interaction, the staff had been lovely. I didn't post this until I had checked out and gave her a chance to apologize, which she did not. It was like a case-study for how to alienate your customers.....
They provided us with excellent service when we were in MA this summer. They were recommended to us and came through with flying colors. Would never hesitate to go to them again!
The air conditioner in my RV was not working properly. Even though I did not purchase my camper from Diamond they told me to bring it in. They diagnosed the problem in less than 1/2 hour and had to order a new AC unit. They also told me that the AC was still under warranty so I would not have to pay for anything. I had my camper back in less than 2 weeks with a new air conditioner. Thank you Diamond RV!
