RecommendedThe Service Center is wonderful, Brandon took me right in and treated me just like family through the whole terrible process. I had trouble on the road and had to have service done quick. I stayed in camp ground for two nights, got service next day. Ended up trading for a used Allegro that was being serviced. Lonnie in sales helped me and worked with me for a week trying to decide. I will send people to Tom Johnson's for service and/or sales

RecommendedDan Widensky was an extremely helpful and informative salesman. We didn't buy a camper at this point due to an undersized pickup but we will go back to him in the future.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. The Employee that goes by the Name Chase was rude and talked down to me. They ran our credit numerous times which in turn brought our scores down. He basically called me a liar on the phone. The point was not that we were turned down but the attitude and the lies he told. I will not shop at any Camping World due to how we were treated. From what I am reading others have had the same problems.
My wife and I stopped by the Harrisburg location today around 2 pm, were in the market for a new RV, sadly the two girls at the front counter were more interested in their cell phones than helping out a potential customer. sorry camping world you just lost a potential sale

Here is my story I bought a 2020 Thor Magnitude BB35 on June 5th for 145k in the St. Louis location through one of my company balled Buz Transport, LLC. On August 17th 2020 I called in requesting warranty repair for 9 issues, that major of which was a cracked fresh water tank. The appointment was granted on September 3rd 2020.
