I got a great deal on a used coach. Unfortunately, when I needed service, I got the "Sorry, it's beyond 30 days". Well, who takes their first trip the day they buy? I will pay for my own repairs. I'm just sorry that what started as a great deal turned into a letdown. Update: Diamond RV sold me an RV with a “New Jasper Engine”. They gave me paperwork that said I had a 3 years/100,000 mile warranty. Well, the engine suffered a catastrophic failure at 7,800 miles, in Virginia. The people at this place are beyond awesome!! We called enroute on a Saturday afternoon with a damaged pigtail that had to be repaired before we continued our cross-country trip. The service guy came back to work to get us back on the road. He also resolved an electrical problem that had been plaguing us for years :) While we were waiting the staff went out of their way to make us and our dog comfortable - one of the ladies even gave our lab a massage for his achy shoulder, he melted. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Rose when we dropped in to just look. I think I asked her more questions than anyone ever had. I have a "what if" personality. She was able to answer every one and very courteously. I had a very good feeling though the entire browsing and buying experience. Then we had to deal with service to get my truck properly fitted for towing and they were extremely helpful in that department too. The staff of Diamond RV center are the best. They are caring, and courteous and go out of their way to please. Frank went out of his way to send us pictures of the unit we were purchasing and made sure everything was right when we picked our 5th wheel up. And Jess went out of her way to meet us half way to sign the paperwork, besides going up to bat for us in so many ways. I would definitely recommend Diamond RV to anyone wishing to purchase an RV.
