After searching for weeks for a new travel trailer we ended up at Diamond last. Melissa met us at the door. it was very near closing and she stayed late to help us. We left and didn't find what we wanted. After a day or so, we called her back to discuss ordering a new one. In the end, the dealership beat the price of another dealership that we had a deposit on a left over 2018 and they are ordering us the same camper in a brand new 2019. I had a great experience with Diamond so far! For about 3 years Hector has been patiently dealing with me while I decide what kind of camper would work for me and my 2 medium sized dogs. He’s always reached out to me in a non-pushy manner. The day I bought my camper he let me verbalize all my ideas, pros and cons of the TT I was about to buy. There is no words to describe Diamond RV's professionalism as a business and how we were treated as a customer. (Or should I say, "As Family!") We have bought two campers from Diamond RV. The staff there are great . Never had a single issue .
I don't believe they fight for their customers with the manufacturers. Also some of their salespeople don't know their products. Would not recommend Diamond RV or Keystone
