Watch what they say I looked at new 5th Wheel trailers on Saturday, June 25, 2009. The salesmen Jake was extremely rude and actually lied to me. When the owner was notified that his salesmen lied he did not even attempt to rectify the situation.
Good place to buy a camper We bought a new camper from here. The people were friendly and gave us a good deal. They went over everything when we bought the camper and are happy still to answer questions for us. The salespeople, however, have an "it's all business" type of attitude.

I would never rec diamond rv. I just spent $610. and totally not satisfied. seems like no remorse on their end for not being able to see the obvious problems and damage. I am no where close to being a mechanic but yet I can see broken pieces all over the place just lying on the floor. and all the service manager can say is I'm sorry our tech didnt see that...my question is $112 in labor to look at something. and u cant see what I can in 5 mins. then they tell only half of what is wrong to rope you into bigger repair bills wh... read more

Everyone at Diamond treats you just like family. They're amazing group of people. We just bought our Newmar Baystar from them. We met Jess the sales manager and Bob at the Rv show at Mohegan Sun. Then we went for a test drive the next weekend. Did some upgrades to help it handle. We just took it home yesterday. It's great. Such an amazing machine. If anyone is looking for a great buying RV experience I would definitely send them there.
We bought a 2019 Bay Star and Have had a great experience with the salesman “Ryan” and a no pressure atmosphere. And obviously with anything you buy there always a few things to work out. And the financial services were Excellent as well. Thanks Diamond RV.
