My family and I have such a bad experience with this company. Sales wasn't so bad and don't count on any referral compensation though, but the service department is seriously lacking in all departments. Walking away and feeling ripped off and screwed over really sucks. After 1 year and only using our camper a handful of times we're about to spend some serious dollars fixing their wrongs Don't waste your time here.
We had an ongoing A/C issue. Bob was able to get our A/C replaced while we waited. He went out of his way to make things right for us and we greatly appreciate his help.
I really like the respect that I get here and the service is exemplary. Thank you for making my day.
We have been going here for years... Bought a new unit from them in the past and the Process was seamless... The service Dept has always helped us out with any issues we may have had.. We will Certainly will be buying our next unit there for sure...Thanks again for the great customer service!!!
