RecommendedFrom our sales person (Sylvia) to the GM Alan Good these folks were magnificent and they want to sell units, and your treated really really good. Our day started with lunch at there restaurant on premises, I might add on the house. We purchased a unit and advised them what we wanted done on the unit and was never told “No” there customer service and satisfaction are perfect Thank you guys for a wonderful experience, we will definitely purchase again.

Very disappointed with the way our purchase was handled! Signed papers on December 1, 2020. Went thru and paid for W/D, roof vents, rooftop satellite package on Dec 1 as well. Agreed pick up date Dec 10. Arrived for pick up, nothing done for delivery. Had to stay overnight in hotel, while everything was rushed thru. Took delivery on the 11th. On the 12th December the furnace was removed for repair as it did not work, the roof vent cover in the kitchen was the incorrect height, the auto opening vent hits it. The unit was nast... read more

RecommendedMy wife and I went back to Marion, NC to purchase our travel trailer after looking at several different dealers. Don was very helpful and patient with us. Everyone there was helpful from the front desk, to delivery of our rv. We would recommend doing business there.
