Our purchase started out great, but have waited over a month for replacement of holding tank screw-on closure (which "broke off" in our salesman's hand when we picked up our camper. One visit, two emails and three phone calls later, still do not have the part. Will probably consider another dealer if we upgrade again in a few years.
Diamond RV is a place you want to do business with. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. We just purchased a camper a couple of months ago. We were heading up to NH for the long Memorial Day weekend, up 91 North. It was particularly windy that day and our camper was swaying pretty badly. We just purchased our dream fifth wheel with Diamond. This was also our second purchase with them. Our shopping experience with Diamond has been top notch, and we highly recommend them for all your RV needs.
Lost the bearings in one of our race trailers on I91, Diamond took us right in and had us back on the road in no time for a very reasonable price, thanks again guys!
