I don't know about the sales people so this has no effect on them. As far as service this place SUCKS!! I called regarding my refrigerator not working. I was told to "just drop it off" so I had someone drop it off. Was told it would take about an hour to diagnose. It was dropped off on a Saturday. Was told to call back on Wednesday. Called, it had not been looked at yet. Called back the next week still not looked at. I was told that I didn't have an appointment so they didn't know when they would get to get it. Bought our first camper. The experience was great. Everyone was great to work with. It was much easier than we anticipated.
Diamond sold a brand new camper to a close friend. It devolved a leak the first year. Diamond repaired leak incorrectly. Mold developed. Diamond took the camper back and now is selling it as a nice clean preowned camper. Buyer Beware
