I was initially not going to leave a negative review, as my nails were not what I wanted nor similar to my inspiration. However, only a few days after my appointment, the polish began chipping at the tips, and one nail is significantly damaged. This is my 4th time un this place. the other times before i come out happy with the result but this time um so fed up with the result. I might say maybe the technician was not in a good day or so but well not happy at all im not sure if i will come back.

I decided to get BIAB to make my nails look tidier and stronger but came out upset as the nails turned out untidy looking and blobby in consistency. There are so many air bubbles and the shine of the nail is uneven because the product is not very evenly applied. Some dirt stuck in one nail. Product leak on one nail and just hoping it won’t lift.
