I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago for my nails to be done on the 12 th May as my son was getting married the following day . I left a phone number and e mail address so was very disappointed when I arrived to find the shop closed . I phoned and left a message but nobody responded. This is totally unacceptable and I would strongly recommend that no one uses this nail salon

I WAS a loyal customer of Diamond nails returning every 3 weeks, however after today’s experience I will not be returning. Since the new owners have taken over the staff have changed. The lady was rude to me and very nasty when I asked if she could just touch up one of my nails as she had missed the paint off the side of my nail. I had infills and I was very polite in asking if she could just add a little bit of colour on one of my nails that she’d missed. She replied with “why didn’t you tell me before?! Very disappointing experience for a pedicure that wasn’t cheap. Very little interaction, felt rushed and then at the end, I was left with my feet wrapped and told he’d be back in 7 - 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I gave up and tried to dry my feet off with the towels which were now wet and got up to leave. I was told ‘oh I’d forgotten’ you as he was mid way through a manicure with another client. My experience seems to chime with other recent reviews.
