Shocking experience yesterday. The lad i thought was on a mission to get me out of the shop. Ripped my skin with the drill, then left it in a area that burnt

Absolutely shocking, nail beds were bleeding, asked if he could be more careful to which he said ok. He carried on going over the nails resulting in more damage. I told him to stop and that I would pay but I wasn’t happy. The lady in the corner then shouted over the price which was higher than what it stated on the board for half done nails. Absolutely shocking no apology or anything. Sore half done nails and charged over the asking price.
I always come here to get my nails done and always leave with beautiful nails ,I highly recommend Amy ,very professional
