Service Department: Kristina Haas is the true definition of horrible customer service! She showed zero care for my window concern and was completely rude as I was walking out. People like her should not have face time with customers. No wonder you have below average ratings. I will make sure to reach out to the head of the department on Monday.
Never again will I go here again for car maintenance, they took along time for oil change they couldn't find my car to bring it up, test on the battery was OK on paperwork but then I drove about ten minutes made a stop and then suddenly had a dead battery???? I should have never betrayed @ElMonteHonda
