Worse customer service in the history. I will not buy a floor mat from this dealership. They treat their customers very poorly In these crazy times, the least they can do is provide exceptional service. Matt and Gabriel. You guys have disappointed me in the way you treat your former loyal Honda owner. I have had to file several cases against this dealership. Currently my case is the NCDS and the BBB. Hi Omar, We have gone out of our way to try to accommodate you, so it is difficult to understand where this is coming from. When you brought your car in to us as a first-time customer, we were able to tell that for sure that a $3k repair would solve your issue. We relayed this to you, but suggested you try a cheaper solution for $250 first. We were very clear that it may or may not work. We even generously offered to credit you the $250 toward the more expensive repair in the case that the cheaper solution did not work. When... read more
