I went there due to a notification that came up on my car... dropped it off at 10:15 this morning and according to service it still isn't done. I've had a diagnostic run on my car before and it didn't take nearly 5 hrs. To top it off I requested a shuttle to pick me up from work about 45 min before I got off called again 10 min before I was off to make sure it was on it's way and now have been waiting almost an hour at work. A big thank you to David Cho!! He went above and beyond helping us with our 2016 Honda Accord sport. He has an awesome customer service . We had bad experience with Honda in Montclair, the staff was very rude specially the manager. And we come here to diamond Honda and we felt very welcomed by the staff.
