Leased a new 2016 Civic from here about a week ago. The car itself is amazing, but my experience with the dealership was also excellent. The salesperson who helped me out was Nerses and he made the entire process really clear to understand and easy for me. Nerses really worked with me and took the time to make sure I get exactly what I wanted. He even called me the next day and asked how everything was. 10/10 would come back again. Last couple of times we've been here for service it has been terrible, even when we had an appointment..... It takes forever for a tech to get to your car to ceck you in. If you are cutting back on personnel it's not working for you ...... Your quality of service is deteriorating badly.
