One year old brand new Civic bought in 2015. Trunk leaking from the rain. I brought my car to repair in Dec and came back from vacation in Jan and found there's still leaking at the same spot and large amount of water leaked onto my laptop. Very disappointed about the service and wish the maintenance manager can reach out to me asap. Thanks.
