I had a bad experience with their Service department. Service consultant, Kristina Haas told me it would take an hour or so for an oil change so I decided to wait there. I came up to her after an hour to check on the status of my car. She said my car is next. I came up again several times to ask and she was very dismissive instead of trying to help me. If i know it is going to take 2.5 hours, i would have arranged someone to pick me up and not waited there.
RecommendedI always go for service my 2015 Honda Accord at Diamond Honda and it was always a great service every time. My car is now at 133000 miles and still performing like as it was when first purchased.
