Poor professionalism. Staff doesn’t know their inventory. Don’t expect to be greeted when walking in. They offered to sell me a used car for MORE $$$ than a brand new car of the same make/model/year... smh.

Tried to sell me a car (Acura) that had been in an accident, per the 180 point check done at a Acura dealership. When I approached them with the information they were unapologetic and basically said if I didn’t want the car...someone would buy it. Very deceptive! I had that gut feeling that something was wrong with the car...the price was too good....someone already knew...buyer beware!!!

Tim in the Internet Sales Department was fabulous, friendly and informed. My only issue was waiting for Finance to "have an opening." It appeared only one person was doing contracts so the wait was over an hour and finally another manager had to step in and help us out. My suggestion, when sales are good, have more than one person doing the financial component.
