I emailed them then never heard back so I had to call them. Then the communication was very poor. They had no sense of urgency to assist me in the car purchase. They said things were listed on there website about the car that were not.

I ask the sales person over the phone if vehicle was in fair, good or excellent condition. He said excellent. When I went to see the vehicle it has a dent,scratches and it wasn't detailed. Waste of time and gas.

The dealer's chat online was rude and unprepared to answer my questions. I believe they are trained only to get names, numbers, and then pass info to sales agents, a time and personnel management tool, but a waste of time to the consumer.

Never answered my question after 4 messages. Kept trying to gethe me to test drive new cars instead of the one I wanted. Con I'm amazed they do any business at all. V

I believe that we were treated fairly and received good value. Staff was excellent and professional. No high pressure. Sales assoc was knowledgeable and helpful.
