I was interested in a Mazda Miata they had in stock. They texted to confirm my appointment. I wanted to look at the pictures on the website again and noticed the car was no longer listed. I called the dealership and a sales man named Michael got on the phone. I asked if he had the car and after some round about conversation he finally admitted the car had sold on Tuesday (my appointment was Sunday). He then tried to sell me all these other cars and was telling me how bad the Miatas are. I told him I had done extensive resear... read more

They had the car for $13994 when they seen that I was interested in the car they raise the price up to $14995. I took a screenshot of the original price. Bad business

Poor experience. Pulled a bait and switch on the price. The dealer advertised the van as $22,900 once I made the over hour drive the price was $25,800! And to make matters worse the van was absolutely out of gas. So low on fuel that it had zero range left. The salesman Mike seemed cool at first but then his arrogance came out and just unprofessional pulling out all basic salesman technics. I expected much more from a Lithia dealership.

After alerting them of the issue, they sent it in to the shop, and raised the price $4,000 after fixing those issues. Again, I’ve purchased vehicles from dealerships that a... read more

Wait to buy a car was extremely long (3+ hours) but I chalk it up to limited staff due to the pandemic. Everyone was extremely friendly though.
