Outstanding service through the purchase process
Great experience, secured a great price online. When I went in they did not have my specific color due to some unforeseen circumstances, but were able to get me in a different color that I love.
I spoke to 2 sales agents, emailed back and forth with another 2, I gave them a firm price of what I wanted to pay, they said no. Car was at their lot for almost 2 months. I was willing to give a good down payment, they still said no. The car was sold a week later for exactly what I was willing to pay. Not only did I not buy a car here, but my bf also had a bad experience and decided to buy his 33k car at another Subaru. I am still looking for mine and I am definitely not buying it here.
I have had multiple phone/text conversations with the sales guys here - they are very helpful and responsive.
