I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 for the friendliness of the sales rep. Now why did I give them only 1 star because they listed that the car has heated seats. One would presume that the seats are leather. I drove from San Jose to find out the seats are not heated and they are not leather. I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle as this is for my 16 year old son who will destroy white cloth seats. The nice rep followed up a few days later advising he would reach out if they had any vehicles come in with my criteria. Super nice... read more

Nick was great. My husband called on Friday afternoon to inquire about the jeep we were interested in. He set us up with an appointment the following morning. He had the car waiting for us to test drive. Once we returned, he answered all of our questions. Our car had not been detailed yet, but when we returned from eating lunch, it was ready to go with the gas tank filled. He sat with us in the car explaining how all the bells and whistles worked. It was an overall pleasurable experience and we love our Jeep! Thanks Nick!
The seller is actually not the dealer stated, It is sold in a used car lot 1/4 of a mile away from the Subaru dealer. They could not find the car nor could they price a similar care stating they could not find it in their system. The office was run down and dirty. Just felt sleeze. Wasted 3 hours of our time driving and waiting.
