Dewey Griffin Subaru sucked at helping me. They originally gave me the wrong car, and after 3 weeks of waiting for the right car, they told me it would be another month. They had horrible customer service, and made me feel like I was a inconvenience for them.

My husband and I came to Dewey Griffin Subaru after doing some research on a new car we wanted. It was a little bit of a drive for us, but well worth it! If you’re looking to buy a car, Will is your guy! He was super helpful and had SO much knowledge about the cars. But he was still laidback and didn’t give a pushy vibe. Guy helped with the final parts of the sale and was friendly and helpful. The whole dealership has a small town vibe, and you feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back for service and such! 😊

Found the salesman very unprofessional and uninterested in my business. test drove the Suburu Actually liked it, went back a few days later to possibly purchase a vehicle but salesman was busy and dismissed me. He could of said nice to see you could you come back in a hour or so. Instead he said talk to this salesman he's a good guy. The other sales person looked surprised and appear to show more interest in people walking the lot. With a little effort they could of had our business. We walked and bought a different car.
RecommendedWill Glazier made the buying process quick, easy, and comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and takes his time to explain everything to you. No sale pressure. The entire staff was welcoming and kind, taking their time to make sure every question I had was answered. 6 stars out of 5! They fill up your car with a full tank of gas and detail it before you drive off, and show you every detail of the interior/exterior. Amazing and so happy with my purchase!
