My "New" Crosstrek" not even 8,000 miles just died in the middle of a 4-way intersection. This is my 2nd car from Dewey, they used to be a lot more helpful. I've gotten my share of recalls and it's ridiculous now I have to shell out $$$ for a vehicle with less than 10,000 miles. Looking at Toyota now, I mean it's not like they make Edsel anymore. Or do they?
Coming from Vancouver Canada to pick up a part, I was honestly impressed with dealership as soon as I walked in I encountered the nicest people, well organized and great accessories selection!
What a fantastic dealership! I had hit a curb in a parking lot. Couldn’t see it for the shadows🥴. The service department was quick and happy to help me. Discovering a broken axle (OUCH)!! I just purchased my first car today from Kris Parker at Dewey Griffin. As a women I heard horrible things that they will up the price and get you to buy things that you don’t need. The process was very smooth. Kris helped me get the financing I needed to drive away in my new HRV. He was kind and never felt pressured. I definitely would do it again.
