Chad Lehn was a pleasure to work with. He was more than accommodating to our need to test drive half the cars on the lot (our first Subaru). I star is overly generous for how I was treated today. So I called ahead to let the sales person know who I spoke to previously, that I was headed over to check out the deals they had. He did explain that he was going to be busy and that a colleague of his can take care of me. Well I get here at about 7:10 and not only is the colleague busy, but the original person I spoke to is gone. I tell them I'm pre approved and have a credit score print out.......basically told to come back tomorrow. I drove close to an hour to get her... read more
Salesperson said my friend could come down there he would help him out. Friend drove an hour to get there. Once there, they turned him away and told him to come back another day.

Ms. Jacques, you're right. Gage is "very nice, polite and fairly new" to us here at Dewey Griffin Subaru. And yes, the vehicle you were interested in was "a good price with very low miles." In fact, it has the lowest miles on a 2015 Kia Sportage on the market for over 1200 miles away from us. From the research I conducted on this particular model, I found the price we were asking for the 2015 Kia Sportage is literally the lowest for the options and mileage, in the entire country.
