I purchased an Impreza a little over a week ago and am very happy with it! I went in on a time crunch and didn't have an appointment to go in the box. Chad was able to work it out with his team and squeeze me in between other appointments and I even had 15 minutes to spare in the end. Overall good buying experience.

Love Dewey griffin, just wish the new car wash was low car friendly:/ used to get the car washed there all the time. But overall the service here is amazing. The employees always are welcoming, helpful and make you fee part of the community. Thanks for doing such a good job!

Beautiful dealership, great people, (thank you, Sharon!) made it easy to drive away in my new Subaru.
I couldn't have asked for a better, more helpful salesperson than Leigh. She went out of her way to be sure I was happy at each step of the purchase. When I had to turn in my plates in order to get a refund on the tags I had just purchased before my new car was delivered, she arranged for me to get a loaner so I could get around until my new vehicle was ready. When one of the options I wanted was not on the vehicle, she helped me arrange to get it ordered and installed.
I needed to get the bumper reattached on my 2003 Subaru Wagon. When I called and spoke with Jeff, he suggested that I bring it in. He was able to quickly get it secured. This is the most recent example of the excellent service I've always received at Dewey Griffin Subaru.

What a pleasant experience from the time Henry greeted us at the front door! Absolutely no pressure or slick salesmanship! Thanks, Henry! We bought our new (slightly used) Outback that same afternoon! It rides like a dream, and has all the features we need. Everyone at Dewey Griffin dealership was so friendly, a very positive experience. The new service department is large and impressive! So now, bring on the snow!
