I would give zero stars if I could but I’m giving one because of the poor employees working so hard while being verbally abused. I was getting an oil change on my car. I decided to wait since it wasn’t super busy. I could hear someone swearing, demeaning, belittling employees to the point of being abusive. They seemed visibly shaken. Really disappointed. We came in with serious intent to purchase a new Forester hybrid. We tested it on Saturday and talked it over, returned with a reasonable offer, and were insulted with the disregard by management to even TRY to negotiate. Our sales person was wonderful- non pushy, informative, and helpful in every way, but his management who didn’t even bother to introduce themselves offered a measly $500 off MSRP when the sticker price was already thousands over other vehicles with the same trim - and they are sitting o... read more

I can’t say enough good things about this place or my car buying experience. What really stood out to me was the people. I worked with Josh and Kris on my actual purchase, but by the end of the process I felt like I had met the whole crew. The finance manager came over to introduce themselves, the service manager handed me a welcome gift, and the person who handled my paperwork and I ended up chatting about everything under the sun.
