I had my Outback towed to the service center a week ago after a radiator failure and have had nothing but issues with Dewey Griffin's service advisors. They don't answer their phones, they don't return voicemails or emails, and they don't work well with vehicle service agreements. I've had repairs pushed on me that aren't necessary, I've been given the run around in person, and the mark up on parts and labor is ridiculous. My husband and I first time at the Bellingham store, all I can say is it was a Great experience!!! Salesman Dan, at the Bellingham store was such a great guy to work with in buying our vehicle. Very personable, caring, not pushy, knowledgeable, highly recommend to buy from him. Our new 2020 Ascent (purchased elsewhere) had an issue in the middle of our move to the area and had to be towed to Dewey Griffin. I got connected with Kyle in the Service Department who did an excellent job of dealing with getting repairs coordinated from afar - as we had to return home several hours away to continue our move.
