I am being accommodated here by Havering council due to personal issues. The room are lovely, clean, the staff take into consideration what would be comfortable for the amount of people in a room (example, me and my son) Weekly housekeeping with beds made, toilets cleaned and floors hoovered. My only negative remark would be that the staff or owner do not have a good enough observation of the other guests/people residing at the hotel. I loved this place. Stayed there in May this year and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Very clean, lovely room. I stayed in the annex. Compact, but never the less perfect. A short walk from Hornchurch station and into the town. Which has an array of cafes, pubs, restaurants and a Sainsburys supermarket. Also has a very good bus service to Romford. Should you want a bigger shopping centre. Btw I didn't have the cooked breakfast. But it looked and smelt delicious :)
