I have bought carpets from here before and had a good experience. Today I have waited for hours for a call back regarding a carpet that was falsely advertised. I thought I purchased a silken velvet chic carpet but when I have brought it home I have realised that it’s not the correct carpet. It is actually lusso velvet. The lady that I spoke to took no responsibility for me being mis-sold a carpet and instead blamed Westex itself for labelling the product incorrectly. We bought two 80% wool carpets from DCO for the three rooms plus corridor in our small semi-detached bungalow: top-of-their-respective-range posh blue Westex velvet supreme sapphire, and slightly more hard-wearing green Westex Ultima twist pinnacle angelica. Remnants, much cheaper than they retail; but 5 star rated (new, unmarked).
