BEWARE!!!!!! I have tried to leave this review so many times and it will not load so I will try to keep it short. I had Carpet delivered with human faeces and urine rolled inside. Originally when the carpets the three pieces of carpet were delivered. One of them was folded I contacted and spoke to the manager. She basically called me a liar was so disrespectful mood even though the van was 4.2 m and the carpet was 4.7 there was no way it could’ve been transported without Folding. Absolutely first class service from start to finish , 80% wool and of good quality , everything that was promised was fulfilled We now have a beautiful lounge, stairs and landing , all at a reasonable price I would highly recommend this company Thank you for the high standards
Got to say. Communication is very poor if you are buying for a small set of carpet for your home no problem. Ordered 150 square metres of carpet was told on phone(when you can actually speak to some one on the phone) ordered the carpet on Thursday was told it would take 3 weeks to come. Get a text on Saturday two days after ordering it was coming Monday. So no notice to arrange any labour.
