Verified Renter I've been here 6 years. I've had minimal issues and have always paid rent on time. The steady rent increases in the last two years have all but priced me out of my apartment. I've expressed my issues to management in regard to my upstairs neighbors having two dogs that they play fetch with inside the apartment which shakes the walls of my unit. It's also conveniently close to shops and other necessities. The rent is reasonable considering the spike all over town! Thank you.
