Verified Renter Office and maintenance has been responsive and tops. Needs to have night monitor as vehicles keep parking in my reserved space. Great location. Still one of the best deals in Tucson.

Verified Renter The property is older, the units have been renovated (interior) but the buildings are infested by roaches. Expect it to be a daily issue, it's probably why they offer free pest control services on Tuesdays but that won't help because it's an infrastructure issue not and exterior issue. If they do spray inside it doesn't solve the problem. I'd rather wake up to no roaches not dead ones.

Verified Renter I’ve lived here for about 12 years or so. A lot of things are not being taken care of as they should be. I use a go to the office and complain about things but nothing seems to happen. So I gave up doing that anymore.

Verified Renter My husband and I have been living here for about 4 years. We love the pet friendliness, I love the green outdoor spaces. The gym is very well done, the pools and pool areas are beautiful. The walking paths are great. It's a lovely little community. Management is pretty quick to answer issues, and you can always walk in with a question and they are happy to help. We have been very happy here.
