Verified Renter I do like living here. I like my Apartment and the way it is set up. The Receptionists are very friendly and very helpful. It is a very nice area to live and it’s secluded which makes it more private the maintenance men are on the ball and get things taken care of promptly and right. I like the fact that there are several swimming pools and hot tubs too. They also have BBG’s so you can BBQ if you want. This is an older Apartment complex so it could use some updated things. Verified Renter Office and maintenance has been responsive and tops. Needs to have night monitor as vehicles keep parking in my reserved space. Great location. Still one of the best deals in Tucson.

Verified Renter The property is older, the units have been renovated (interior) but the buildings are infested by roaches. Expect it to be a daily issue, it's probably why they offer free pest control services on Tuesdays but that won't help because it's an infrastructure issue not and exterior issue. If they do spray inside it doesn't solve the problem. I'd rather wake up to no roaches not dead ones.

Verified Renter I’ve lived here for about 12 years or so. A lot of things are not being taken care of as they should be. I use a go to the office and complain about things but nothing seems to happen. So I gave up doing that anymore.
