Unitypoint Clinic at Pleasant Hill is amazing. I had an appointment yesterday and they even worked me in early when I started feeling worse before my appointment. Dr. Roman listened to all my concerns and made sure to do a complete exam & testing to confirm her dx and sent my Rx right over to the pharmacy. They never made me feel rushed at all. thanks unity point health....my father passed away a month ago, leaving a bill of 42.00 owed to you, from a total bill of 7830 which insurance covered 7790....your response is since my mother is still alive its her responsibility????? totally classless and unprofessional.

The staff was extremely kind and caring. Everything was prompt and the process was explained every step of the way. Also as an interior designer, even with a fever of 102, it was hard not to notice the beautiful changes.
I'm concerned about a labor and delivery nurse named Kirsten Hamilton who trolls natural birth Facebook pages to mock pregnant women making the choice to give birth at home. Her behavior is juvenile and NOT what I would expect from a birth professional. As a home birth mother, I can be reasonably assured that, should a transfer be necessary for my birth, I will NOT be treated with respect from this nurse. I will be spreading the word that home birth mothers should steer clear of this hospital.

It was an amazing experience! Everthing went smoothly! For an ER, and a level 1 trauma hospital, we were in and out within an hour and a half. Would've been done sooner but it took forever for the registration to get there to get out insurance information. Otherwise it was a great experience.
The ER is ridiculous. Staff come in dont have what they need say they're going out to get it and come back an hour later to do the same thing. They do not care about the patients at all.

The staff was very friendly and seemed organized given a lot of the moving components.
Unity point is unorganized, their staff is full of people who don't care about clients, and their billing department is ridiculous. Ive been trying to get ahold of someone at the Merle hay location for a few days but no one will ever answer their phone. Worst service I've had.
