We have had a family member at UnityPoint Taylor House. She was treated with respect and dignity the entire time. She was given a whirlpool bath, and massages by some of the kindest staff. The bed was placed outside to enjoy the birds chirping and to feel the breeze in her face. Her daughters were supported during this difficult transition by such caring staff. I couldn't imagine a better experience for a loved one that was in the winter of their life. Thank you!
Great staff, very clean facility. Had to come into the emergency clinic and had a very fast easy check in. Every person was very professional and helpful. Had along wait for all the test results, but the nurses saw that I was comfortable.
If I could give UnityPoint health a 0 star, I would. Absolutely awful customer service. I paid to see a physician today who did not diagnose me because he felt he needed the test results first--assuring me he would call me in 30 minutes. Well 2 and a half hours later, no call. I call them and they say he has LEFT for the day and did not leave any instructions to review test results ??? But no worries a nurse will get ahold of me when they become available. All of the doctors and everyone involved were excellent..kept us inforned day to day then hr to hr..love them all they were soo good to the family....thank you ALL
My daughter had to have a couple of procedures today in the OR. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. The staff got on her level and explained things to her so she would understand. The staff made it all a little better. Thank you for taking such good care of my little girl. �
It was actually timely, considering 3appts, in 1day. NO complaints at all. Nice people.
