At the Cardiology office in Clive right now. Appointment was at 9:30, we were asked to be here 15 minutes early. We were here at 9:15 and at 10:18 were called back to the exam room. It is now 10:27 and Dr. Fernando still has t seen my husband. If we showed up 45 minutes late, would you even see him?

RecommendedI can not thank Methodist hospital enough for the amount of care my mother got here. They went above and beyond for be there to comfort her and our family as we got some terrible news on her health. They admitted when they did not know what was best and even transferred to another hospital to ensure my mother got the treatment she needs to heal, unlike the previous hospital we had her at. Preop went smoothly. I’m a tough stick, but the skilled nurse got the IV in no problem. The anesthesiologist was kind enough to give me a head start due to my high anxiety. The nurses on 6 North were all pleasant. Nichole rocked! She took the time to listen to me and helped me with everything. As a nurse being the patient, I have to say everyone did a job well done. I cannot say that about other places I’ve been.
Great care, my only real complaint is parking. If this is a normal day then I would hate to see it busy. A parking garage in front would be a great idea in the future.
Over charges for services - they don't consider disputes of charges - they don't even contact you to let you know the outcome. Will not be using any of their services - switching to doctors outside of this group.
I have loved Unity Point’s exceptional care since my daughter and I moved back in 2010. Recently I had a health scare in which sent me to the ER several times.
