Recommendedhad prostate surgery last week..overnight stay..EVERYONE from walking in the front door to going home the next night was WONDERFUL!!..I was treated like I was family..not just a patient..am very grateful for the care givers at unitypoint..
We had an unexpected visit to the emergency room and received excellet care. Nurse Kendra in particular was very patient and kind to my 3 years old who was getting antsy with our wait. We received good news that help calm our fears.
My brother was in intensive care room 35 on April 29, 30 and May 1. I would like to call out Justin and Luke as top notch nurses on that unit. My brother's family decided not to continue treatment. Luke's great compassion during the dying process was greatly appreciated by all of us. Thank you

Today I had had enough !! Cough cough thought it was algeries then cold then sines nope breathing treatment cough syrup and bed!!!! They were so kind did online appointment was great no wait got right in thank you jane

My wife got sick with flu. The Doctors took great care if her. She has H1N1 and was very septic when she come there. I can't express how thankful I am for this place. They kept me up to date on her condition and was very thoughly with me. She was on life support and it was tearing me up inside but in the end they treat her and now she is alive and doing great. Well , I waited almost 4 hrs to be seen and man waited even longer once in the rooms. Honestly I have had way awesome experiences with mercy and never again will I come here. I thought they changed since they misdiagnosed my son almost killing him because of negligence and some biased decisions from an imbecile excuse of a doctor. Thank God for variety and choices. Thanks Methodist for making it clear you are not a place to be in time of need.
