Excellent care during infusion process. I have always been treated very, very well at Unity Point Hospital.
Nice hospital and staff but a couple nurses had very bad things to say about my that were lies and I feel it was because of the color of my skin but everything happens for a reason hopefully I can get better and leave soon!!

Dear Unitypoint, your coders are f-ing morons. Wouldn't one realize they made a mistake when a vaccination for 5 year old wasn't covered? I've spent the last hour on the phone ripping new a-holes. Your customer service is not up to par either, btw.
