Lutheran hospital is one of the worst hospitals ever. The nurses and doctors pushed my brother in law out Bc of his lack of medical coverage (Iowa care). Denial of medical care? Isn't that illegal?

Your staff used to be pretty top notch, now I can't reach your office manager since the change. But, I talked to her Friday & she clearly can't even send a fax to the right number. Although, don't get behind on your bill...then they'll shove themselves firmly into your anus, refuse to fill even diabetic and other everyday medications....

This is the only hospital I will use in the Des Moines area. I always feel well taken care of and I feel safe here. I feel like I am taken care of in a timely manner and I feel the staff had true compassion for the work they are doing
One bad md or hospital staff other than that i like the hospital.
Your Walnut Creek pediatric clinic has had The today show with Hooda and Kathy Lee tossing back drinks or Days of our Lives on the TVs during my last several visits. As my kids are told to watch less TV, I find this hypocritical on several levels. One, a soap opera or women drinking at 10 am ... at a PEDIATRIC clinic is highly inappropriate. Two, if you tell your patients to watch less TV, why is it in the waiting room?

I go threw having to call over and over EVERY month to get my prescriptions refilled! I was told to not call early for refills and now the (extremely rude secretary) told me that I do need to do that. I asked to come pick my prescriptions up and she told me "to feel free to come sit in her waiting room all afternoon if I'd like then proceeded to tell me my medication is only for sleep!" My medication is for anxiety witch I'm having after dealing with her! I guess I will be out of meds all week due to leaving state for a fune... read more
