I have mixed feelings about my experience with this company. I bought what is probably the most expensive foundation on the planet from them, based on the four 5-star reviews they had on their website. When I received it, I was really disappointed. Ordered almost £200 worth of products and only 2 of the 3 items arrived. Sent a message, which was responded to quickly and the issue forwarded to their warehouse. 11 days later, still have not heard anything back. As a first time buyer, I am not impressed. I'll update this when I eventually hear back...

Ok so I have to edit this review as I'm not dishonest or spiteful. I did get a refund on the missing item but it's only 3 stars as there were still a few issues. As I say the only info I had on the missing item was a scribbled note on delivery note saying "back order", but no formal email confirmation, nothing indicating when I can expect the item and logging in to check it said order complete and fulfilled which it wasn't. I’ve been waiting for my product for 1.5 months due to the courier sent it to the wrong address. I informed dermoi customer services over a month ago but they continue to tell me they can’t re-send my order or give me a refund I must wait until the courier finish their investigation. I’ve never had this issue with any other online stores when it comes to lost in transit items, the way how Dermoi handle this situation amazes me….
